Never pay to have your furniture delivered! homePLUS offers FREE delivery on any purchase, any size, anywhere within a 75-mile radius.
Before your Delivery:
- Please make sure that our team has a clear path free of obstructions to move your new furniture into your home.
- During the winter months please clear any walkways or driveways of snow, ice, and mud. If our team determines that they cannot safely deliver your product, your delivery will be rescheduled for a later date.
- If there are pets in your home, please secure them in another room.
Delivery Notification
You will be notified of your delivery date and time via text message, email and automated call 3-5 days before your delivery is set to take place. You’ll be provided with a 3 hour window for delivery. Our delivery team will also notify you when they are on their way. Deliveries must be confirmed by 3pm the day before your delivery in order for our team to prepare and load your merchandise. Unconfirmed deliveries will be rescheduled to a later date.
Disposal Policy
homePLUS is proud to offer our customers a solution for disposing of old furniture and mattresses. Please note that disposals deemed by our delivery team to be unsanitary will be cancelled without refund. The product being removed from your home must be clean and safe to transport. If your home or your old product is suspected to contain any of the following, we will not be able to remove your disposal:
- Human bodily fluid stains
- Pet bodily fluid stains
- Past or present pest or rodent infestation
- Excessive dirt and grime
After your Delivery:
- After our team has finished delivering your furniture, they’ll clean up any debris and packaging material from your home.
- You’ll receive a text message survey asking about your experience at homePLUS. We appreciate your feedback!
